Production time: every Famous Bones item is printed to order in the USA. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping time: once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves the print floor.
Tracking: use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account on our store. Can’t find it? Email fulltilt2013@gmail.com with your order number.
Address issues: double-check your shipping address at checkout — printed-to-order items ship automatically and address changes are only possible before production completes. Contact us immediately if you spot an error.
Lost or stalled packages: if tracking hasn’t moved in 7+ days or a package is marked delivered but missing, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
