Every Famous Bones piece is printed to order, just for you. If it arrives wrong, damaged, or you simply don’t love it, we’ll make it right.
30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement. Email fulltilt2013@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (photos help for print or quality issues).
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required. Just send a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
Changed your mind / wrong size: because each item is printed on demand, please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If the size isn’t right, contact us within 30 days and we’ll work out an exchange or refund. Items should be unworn and unwashed.
Refund timing: approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
